Privacy Policy

Information on the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data for the purpose of: handling transport service orders, communication regarding transport, invoicing, and fulfilling legal obligations (tax, accounting and archiving). The legal basis is contract performance and legitimate interest.

3. Scope of Processed Data

We process the following categories of personal data: identification data (name, company name, ID number, VAT number), contact data (e-mail, phone), address data (pickup, delivery and billing addresses) and order data (subject of transport, dimensions, weight).

4. Retention Period

We retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, but no longer than the period stipulated by law (in particular 10 years for tax and accounting documents). After this period, the data is securely deleted.

5. Data Recipients

Personal data may be disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary: transport partners for the execution of transport, accounting and tax advisors, government authorities based on legal obligations, and IT service providers (hosting, e-mail).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@dositransport.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
